HalloweenEffects.US? Has anyone here had dealings with them? I'm beginning to think that they are not a legitimate company, which would mean I'm out nearly two hundred dollars. On August 26th, I ordered a ground fogger, fog chiller, a remote, and Swamp Juice from the site.

As of today, nearly three weeks later, my order still shows only as "Processing." When I clicked on their contact information, I was spammed with pop-up adds, a different one each time, but no email or other info. Elsewhere on their site, they have an address and phone number, but now it's too late to call them today.

What kind of company would not put up their email contact? Thank goodness I paid with paypal; tomorrow, if I don't get some answers, I'm filing a dispute. Then I guess I'll start looking around for another fogger set-up. >sigh<

Ground foggers are available from Froggy fog on amazon, so are the remote trigger, fog juice and timer controls.

Thanks guys. Here's the update: After being on hold for twenty minutes, I spoke to someone at HalloweenEffects/ProAudio, and she said my order had been cancelled, and that I've been in line for a refund, which should come today. Hmmm, let's hope so. I'll be checking PayPal. However, I don't think I'll be dealing with this company again; this has been a shocking lack of customer communication.

Oh, btw, the rep. said that the reason for the order cancellation is that the product is not being made and they're no longer dealing with that supplier, as they have had trouble with them in the past.

I purchased a few things from then also and it says that it is still pending?? I am just going to ask for my money back this is ridiculous
