I can't agree more. If there is a problem, communicate it and find out how to resolve the issue.
I commend you, Kip, for admitting the problem and not 'dancing' around the issue. If I need anything, I will look into ordering from PaleNight.

Glad to hear your problem was resolved. I had order a gallon of perma blood from Kip and got it promptly. Mistakes do happen - The best thing to do is contact the business in question. From my previous dealings with Kip I can tell he's an honest man so I was glad to see he was more than willing to correct the problem. I've heard a LOT of horror stories on other forums about shady vendors... I'm glad to say that Pale Night Productions is NOT one of those vendors!
