Sad that they could not put you on an Alert List and call when they arrived at there facility. Sounds to me that business must be very good for them. I will keep that in mind. I thinking of doing some purchasing from them.

That is good to know. They have a great website, and products to go along with it. There are several items that Ive eyeballed from their website. I will take your advice jgc106.

I've ordered a few things from them and didn't have a problem. Sometimes things happen and mistakes get made... We're all human.

Although mistakes can be made, companies should be more apologetic and admit to a mistake instead of a too bad so sad method, but like I said before situation has been resolved by Doug
