Hi all
I just wanted to let you know my experience with HauntedProps.com. I placed an order for the electric spinning prisoner. It was down to $69.77, so I decided to buy it. I looked for a coupon code and found an old one (hp40). It didnt work so I kept trying different versions (hp10, hp15...). When I typed in hp25 it not only worked but took off 25% twice reducing the price to $35. I knew it was an error but purchased it. About 5 minutes after my purchase I got a call from Joe the owner who advised me that this was an error and that price was way below cost, however he did say he would honor the price. How cool is that. We talked a little and I get the impression he is a really nice guy. He loves the business and tries offer the best prices. He even thanked me for finding the glitch in the system so he can take care of it.
So to any member who wants to buy Halloween props check them out. Getting a great price is fantastic but having superior customer service is priceless.

Glad to hear they've gotten better. They were horrible in 2008.

I will never order from them again because of the sitch in 2008. In fact, they were still trying to charge me for items I already paid for 6 months later...
