I stumbled upon this website and some of the pricing on items I have looking to purchase are the best I have seen. Anybody buy from them please let me know.

Yes, I ordered a Pilot Costume from http://www.needcostumes.com/ and it was processed and delivered incredibly fast. I ordered it the night of Oct. 3 (Sunday) and it arrived the morning of Oct. 6! (Wednesday) It was one of the fastest internet deliveries I have had. The price was also the lowest around and the e-checkout process was easy and secure.

Has anyone ordered from needcostumes.com lately? I'm getting a little concerned over the lack of communication from them on a recent order that was supposed to be processed in "1-2 business days".

Does their phone number work?
How long has it been?

I placed an order 9 days ago. I followed up with a "Request Your Order Status" message from their website, but have not heard anything from them. I haven't tried the phone number yet, but will during the coming week.

Did you order from them? Was it successful?

Be VERY cautious when ordering from Needcostumes.com. I followed up by phone today on the order I mentioned earlier in this thread. After waiting on hold for just over 7 minutes, a representative from "3tailer" finally answered my call. She was very courteous, but explained that the items I ordered were "discontinued" (even though the website showed 8 in stock at the time I placed the order) and that my order would be canceled. She said that they "were not informed of this or they would have contacted me earlier". I never received a reply to the online help form that I submitted last week, so I have my doubts that anyone is currently running the store at needcostumes.com.

Anyway, I would strongly advise calling them BEFORE placing an order to make sure that the item you want is actually available.

I think they are actually drop shipping, and don't actually know what the other peoples stock is. I doubt I will use them now, thanks for update!
