Hi Savage - Lower them to what? I am sure that there are specific examples where we have items priced higher than others. I am sure there are examples where some are way higher. There are reasons for that. I can guarantee you that for as many that are higher there are as many or more that are lower.

We do look at what other sites are selling products for and work to stay competitive. With as many items as we have there are always items that we miss. It's a manual process.

The thing is we are running a real site with real employees and real inventory. Those things all cost money. That said it give our customers a level of comfort knowing that we are going to be there for them if they have an issue. Our site is easy to use and we offer alot of extras like product reviews and videos. You can't always get that from other Halloween retail websites.

We always look at product pricing. If a price is way out of whack it is most likely unintentional. We also have a lowest price guarantee that you can take advantage of.

I was looking at a few of the animated props , no video on them? before i spend any money i would like to know what they do .I agree with savage,prices are high.the few things i saw that are even close to a realistic price,wouldnt make the cut in my haunt.
