I have had only good luck with Spirit.

I've never had any trouble out of Spirit and they have some friggin awesome stuff. ...and looking at this thread made me look at their website....which made me spend more money...thanks HF. lol (no, seriously, thanks )

kenswift, hit it right on. It would make sense that Halloween would make it much harder to purchase from their site. Also, they don't know ahead of time which item will be in high demand each year.

last week i ordered the executioner from spirtit,the web site kept telling me that some of my info was wrong. i went through it 3 times and it was all correct,so i called them to place my order.my card was rejected because of the other attempts trying to be made..well the orders actually did go thru,so i told them i only wanted 1 prop and to refund my money back to the card.4 days later the funds were back but my order was never processed.today i called them to reorder the exectioner and they told me they sold out and it might take till September before 1 gets in..thanks for dropping my orders. I spend quite a bit in your stores each year-perhaps halloween usa might appreciate my money more.
