It may also be the fault of their choice of shipping company. I got mine by "FedEx Home Delivery" do not be confused; it is different from standard FedEx shipping. I've had bad experiences with them in the past.

I was able to look into this order. Because of what was ordered, it just had not yet been processed. The order will be shipped within 48 hours.
It appears that this could have been resolved by calling their customer service and talking to a supervisor and asking about the status.HalloweenForum.com Admin

Larry I appreciate it 100X that you are helping me get my order. I fully believe its your help and an email to Sprit Executives that help facilitate the order. I did call Spirit Customer Service and the rep told me that they never had an online sale of 50% off prior to Halloween. I encouraged her to look at my order pricing and date at which point she acknowledged I was right. She told me the merchandise was out of stock and they will be canceling my order if it does not come in. This had happened to me in 06 as well. Your helping to rectify the situation so I do not want to get into more of what she said in the open forum but suffice to say, looks like I will get more order and I am a happy man.
As a note - I do love shopping at Spirit locally and spend the bulk of my dollars there. Its the online I have not had much luck with. Thanks again and I will keep you posted.

I am very glad to hear that you have gotten your order! Although, I really did not do anything here other than confirm that the order was being shipped. The order would have been processed. Hopefully the type of confusion that the one customer service rep that you spoke to can be avoided in the future.

We had 2 Spirit stores locally, fairly close to each other. Both were well run stores with fun displays and reasonably priced. I had thought about odering from their online, now I'm not so sure.

Order from them. I think the only time they have issues is right around Halloween or shortly after. I suspect its because their inventory is flying. If you have a problem just escalate it up and they will make it right. They were responsive when I escalated it as well. The products are great and right after Halloween the deals are awesome. I got the 5ft witch that stirs he smoking brew for $79 bux after discounts!! Regular $249!
