Just wanted to pass along the great customer service I have received from Fright Ideas they sell the Pico Boo prop controllers.

I purchsed a 105 and 104 this year about a month ago. Finally got around to programing and connecting the 104 to my prop. It worked great but then quit working, I emailed fight Ideas and they responded with in a very short time, we exchanged several additional emails and then spoke on the phone. Because it so close to halloween they are sending a replacement unit and I am sending the bad unit back.

Travis Cook was very helpful and responsive. A+++ to their customer service and the products too (at least the picoboo 105 and 104 as those are the ones I've used)
