Follow up: Don has made good on his promises! He communicated extremely well with me to rectify the problem! He did send me a NEW zombie, No cost, No shipping, no nothing! AND even refused to take back the first one he shipped! He included some fake blood and liquid latex in the box! Don did a great job at making me feel good even after ALL of these negative posts! This one looks MUCH better!

Don also updated his listings on Ebay showing his actual work! I think it took alot of "hair" (and trust) to do what Don did, hoping the guy on the other end would post a favorable reply AND be totally satisified with the end result. I am VERY satisified and give Don a couple of "atta-boys" for sttanding behind his product. I would NOW recommend Don and his company for your Halloween prop needs! Keep it up Don!

Can i see a picture of the new one you got? Id like to see the difference.

Thanks for the follow up. It's funny that if not for this thread, I probably wouldn't even have known about Don. Reading the initial story and then seeing how things were rectified got me interested enough to drop a bid on one of his items. :-)

I purchased a pop up prop from him about 3 years ago I guess. I have been very pleased with the pop up but I did notice some wear and tear on the mask that came with it due to outdoor use on my part. When I first started reading this I was worried that Don had lost his mojo and I was not going to be able to get a replacement......glad to see things are turning around! Don...keep your standards high and the business will be there!
