I have several tombstones, gargoyles for my cemetery towers, a mask and witch hands for one of my witches from them. Quick service and close for Northern California folks. Never a problem.

I have to agree with the quality.
The cost of decorations however are a little higher than average.
The company lacks in customer satisfaction and follow though. They have a mailling list newsletter that I signed up for in August of 08 and still have not recieved any emails/discounts. From a marketing standpoint, they're not enticing me to shop there again.

Overall I would rate the webstore...Average.
Not great, Not bad.

They used to have great sales up to 60% off in the summer but I haven't seen any in the last 2 years. I guess us haunters are shopping year around.
