I haven't even received my shipment yet but have been very happy with my HA experience so far. There was a bit of a mix up on the website with shipping charges and they called me right away to explain the issue. Very professional and prompt, I like!

Two orders so far this year both came asap and just what I ordered.

Just placed our first order with HA a couple of weeks ago. Ordered on a Saturday evening, received the following Thursday, and that was after Labor Day as well. Very happy with the speed of delivery and the selection. They also had the best price for my costume (which has some issues, but I knew it would based on reviews written elsewhere, and it's certainly not their fault). I also like the detailed descriptions of their props, so you'll know just what to expect.

In regards to the selection, I like how, shall I say, focused it is, especially with costumes. There are plenty of places to buy funny costumes (if that's your thing), but with them you don't have to comb through things that may not interest you.

To be a bit redundant-highly recommended!

Got all my props now. Shipping was prompt. There was one small issue with one of the things I ordered but a quick message off to Nancy she made it right. I will DEFINITELY be shopping with HA again. Big thumbs up from me Nancy!!

i ordered some new things for our haunted house and while getting ready for opening this last weekend only one prop didnt work. I called Nancy and even due that the problem was the manufacturing problem she took it apon herself to make it right and overnighted us a replacement prop for our opening! 110% cutomer service and products! Halloween Asylum by far is the best place to get Everything Halloween from. We will be getting all of our stuff from them.

Add me to the long list of happy customers from Halloween Asylum. I ordered so late (my fault) I didn't think it would arrive before Christmas but they were able to get it to me in time. Everything was packed well and looked even better than the pictures on their website.

They are super fast shippers.I took advantage of their sale and got alot of stuff around 11 total fx skin appliances-4 costumes-1 wig-a rose chandieler which is really cool for under 90.00 shipped.
