Thumbs up Polycase.com for enclosures

Just wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with polycase.com

If you have a prop-1 or any type of electronics for your prop, you've probably needed an enclosure to put it in.

I've dealt with polycase for about 2 years now and they always ship fast. You can contact them directly and actually speak with people who know what they're talking about.

I just ordered 4 enclosures for prop-1's and forgot to specify the mounting bosses. I emailed them saying I screwed up and I needed 4 with mounting bosses; specifically I needed to know if the enclosures with mounting bosses were in stock.

I got an email back saying they were sorry I ordered the wrong ones, and they are sending 4 boxes with mounting bosses to me for FREE. Not even shipping charges!

Now that's customer service! Highly recommend them!

Tim
