Are there any Canadians here? If so which companies have you ordered from and how has the shipping been? I am tempted to order a few items but since the cost is high am looking for some additional input before I go through with the order.

Is there a good Canadian company to deal with? Or who is recommended to deal with out of the American companies and how was the shipping (timely or will I be receiving an order in December?)
