Larry, I received the "sincerest apologies" email from HP and attempted to click on the link that was provided for replacement costumes (if you want a replacement, that is).
Anyhow ... linky no worky. :-)

Thanks for the suggestion
With an automated order status system, shipping notifications and correct stock status on the website, I do believe 98% of our problems would never have developed. All of those will be done correctly next time. And then we should easily be able to handle the reasonable amount of emails and calls that will come in. A trouble ticket would be great right now, but I never intend to let this get to the this point again. We will certainly consider it though
Thanks!

The 6 ft. hanging corpse arrived this afternoon and I must say, the "6 ft." part is questionable. I had to stuff the head with tons of paper and bubble wrap to get it to look right though. It arrived completely squashed.
All in all though, he's not a bad prop.

Yeah, Larry, I just want to say thanks as well. Not getting everything as ordered or on time was a bummer but you did make things a little less painful just by being on here and by responding to people's concerns. There's nothing worse for an online consumer than feeling like they are being ignored."Scare me once, shame on you. Scare me twice ... you'd better run like hell."

So, I placed my order on the 5th of October and it arrived... Friday morning (Halloween). Fortunately, that gave me time to use 3 of the 4 items (haunted chandelier (big success, btw), old lantern (on the end of our pier), and the Ocean scent from Sinister (kinda' gross, to be honest).
Glad we got our stuff and I hope that Haunted Props is able to smooth things out more for next year (more staff to pack, ship and improve communications).'The Pirates of Evergreen'- this Halloween and EVERY Halloween - 1700 Block of Evergreen Street in Burbank, California.
Beware the cursed treasure, says I...

Well, sooooo ..... where did everyone end up with Haunted Props? Satisfied? Not satisfied? Did they finally come through?
I finally got everything but the Bat Creature and the costume that was supposed to come with Midnight Howler. I had to remake the costumes for 3 of them because the sleeves were just way too short for the arms but that is the manufacturer's fault, not HP's."Scare me once, shame on you. SouthernBelle - I wanted to ask you about your window breaker guy. How did that work for you?
I didn't get around to putting batteries in until about a week before Halloween because we knew he wouldn't stick to a window and I didn't want to keep putting him back on.
Well, only one hand lit. So we had to take him apart - this was AFTER having to glue it all together since it was falling apart out of the box - and my son discovered that NONE of the wires were connected coming out of the first hand.
He then spent quite a bit of time soldering all of the connections properly and it all lit.
Halloween night he puts it up in his window and guess what? The first bulb blew right away so nothing lit up.
We never got to see what it looked like at night when attached to a window and lit.
Were you able to get yours to work?
