Larry, thanks for helping out with that. We are pretty certain of who that was, a certain competitor of ours who has absolutely no moral or ethical dilemma with trying to sabotage us at all turns. He's done it before and he'll do it again. He knows, now that I am going to be on board full-time, that he'll be out of business soon so he's resorting to tactics like this to try to save himself. HP's weakness has been communication and customer service, so he's tried to hit them where it would hurt. He didn't anticipate that I was brought on to solve that problem.

By the way, speaking of which.... I do want you all to know: even though we are doing all we can to help this season, we do know that for some it's going to be, or already is, too late. There's nothing we can do to make this up to you this year, but anybody who is willing to give us a second chance next year, now that I'll be involved, I'd like to invite you to email me. Let me know what happened, and how your order went wrong. I'm going to keep notes on everything and when next year comes, I'd like you to contact me personally and I'll do my best to make it up to you. To those of you who aren't willing to give me a chance at running this, I understand and thank you for trying this year. For everyone else, please contact me and next year I'll be glad to show you what the new HauntedProps.com is like.

Halloween Props and Costumes

I tried to view their website and it was down. Anyone else have problems with it?

Hi just seen the thread and guess what, placed an order with haunted props over two weeks ago, mailed them 5 times now.

At first i asked when my item would be shipped and got the responce "NEXT WEEK".

So a wekk later i mailed agian to say wheres my order, I then got a responce from Jennifer..??

Well thats helps even more...17 days after placing my order its still waiting to be shipped.

Come on haunted props where is my order, I am giving it until friday this week before i report his to my credit card company as this service is just appauling..
