My tracking email has been sitting at "Electronic Shipping Info Received" since Sunday.
Looks like I won't be getting those items for my party on Saturday...
So much for order 7 weeks in advance.

If it is from the US Postal Service - that's all it will do. USPS doesn't truly "track" anything. The shipments I got via that method came about 4 days after I got the notice.
If it's UPS, well, that would be a different story. One of my shipments came UPS and I could truly track it.
So if it's USPS don't lose hope

My order came today, complete (ordered 10/6, shipped 10/14, arrived 10/15). Albeit it was only a Webcaster and some glue sticks, but all three items arrived intact.
Thanks for the help Larry, but in the future I know for certain that I wouldn't order anything else from HP.

I feel for you. I ordered back in August and didn't get some of the stuff we needed before our party last Saturday either.
*sigh*

Received anther box yesterday. Wasn't the one I received the "tracking info" for- and it was just one minor item.
Still waiting on the two things I REALLY NEED.
Query to you all- if I don't get what I ordered by the time for my party, should I dispute the charges and send the stuff back?

I buy a lot online. I personally go by this....If I do not get what I was promised, when I was promised, I will contact them for a solution...if no solution is reasonable, then request a refund. If they refuse, then I contact my credit card company.
Every company..just as any individual can make a mistake, but they should work to fix the problem.HalloweenForum.com Admin

You certainly should DEMAND information regarding your order right now.
If they cannot provide information regarding when it will ship, you should demand a refund so that you can purchase elseware. If you have taken reasonable steps to resolve the issue and a merchant will not help, then contact your credit card company. Always give the company a chance to make it right, but if they fail to do that, then they leave you no choice.
