I have made 3 orders from them and they have always been great to work with. I no doubt will continue to work with them in the future.

Well, I know nothing about Evilusions, but it looks like they're just buying Cowlacious boards and upping the price by $50.
I'm sure Evilusions is a great company, but to me it would certainly be worth setting up a Paypal account to save 50 bucks on exactly the same product.
Here's the description from Cowlacious (assembled price: $99.95)
"This circuit allows you to easily hook up audio to the circuit board to drive a servo for animating the jaw of your prop. Easily create a prop with that highly sought after animatronics effect!
Operates off of a 5 to 24VDC supply. The unit comes with a 4-AA battery holder to operate it off of batteries, but you can use your own 5 to 24VDC supply instead.
NOT JUST FOR DRIVING SERVO's ANYMORE!!! We have included a ULN2803 chip that allows you to drive devices such as relays, lamps, solenoids for pneumatics, etc. in sync with the sound you are playing.
The 3.5mm (1/8" stereo) style audio jack allows you to send input sound to the unit. It can driven by just about any CD player, Tape Deck, MP3 player, etc. (audio cables are not included, but are available below in our Accessory section). Use the 3.5mm (1/8" stereo) output jack to connect up your amplifier or amplified speakers.
Switches allow you to choose the Left or Right channel or both for the skull to follow.
Two header pins for easily attaching LED Audio Eyes so that they flash in sync with the sound you are playing (LED Audio Eyes are sold separately as an option).
Easily select which capacitor is used for shaping the circuits response to sound.
Power LED shows you in a glance whether the circuit has power or not.
Available pre-assembled, as a kit, or circuit board only!"
And here's the Evilusions description (assembled $150):

I use EFX-TEK for and VSA for prop controls. I purchased pneumatic products from them and had them put together a machine gun controller for me.

I would say Evilusions is a pretty good company, but I believe that they are changing their location so as far as orders go I'm not sure. On the web site it says they're pretty much done for the season and all their products are almost sold out so you have to order ASAP. I would try to contact them, but it looks like things are pretty hectic for now.

Evilusions is great.
I know Brian personallly and have mentored him during the early days.
I too buy from him for both Minions Web and for personal use.
You will not find a bigger hearted person, and he will bend over backwards to provide support.
He is extremely knowledgeable regarding his product lines and his experience in the haunt industry. Not to mention he is a superb machinist.
I have seen his pneumatic props close up, I promise you NO one builds them as durably as he and Chris (the sculptor of Evilusions) do.
It is true he is moving the workshop, so there maybe stutter steps with fulfillment. I would call, first to make sure he has inventory.
Those who have done business with him the past few years will note he has dropped the music, makeup, our cob web guns and glues, and other products. He is modifying his product line and focusing on the components for making pneumatic props and the mechanisms. I recommended this to him years ago.
Also, congratulations are due, he is getting hitched in October.
That is taking a lot of time up right now when he isnt at his day job.
