i inquired via emails 2 -3 times last spring to inquire about one of their props and never got a reply , i would like to know or hear fedbacks from others about this compagny's service , and products.

My experience with them has been good but they are hard to get a hold of at times. This is a huge problem with a lot of haunt vendors. I can say that my orders have always arrived in time and their props are very good quality.

The props are well worth the wait. I have some of the dead corpse props and I do have to tell you that they are well worth every penny. They are hard to get a hold of though but just like Brckee1 said they do get the items to you on time.
