Ebay should be able to shut him down. If you paid through your credit card, try and dispute it. Can you still leave negative feedback or has it been too long?

Best of luck to all of you. Remember, just because you sue and win, does not mean you get the money. I sued an employer more than 5 years agon, won, and still have seen nothing. He keeps no cash in a bank, and rents his house and has a beater so I can't put a lean on anything.
Personally, a group should get together, drive to this a-holes place and turn him into a prop.
I emailed Spooky Planet with an inquiry about a product. I metioned that there are some dissatisfied customers out there who have been waiting for many months for delivery, and what's the possibility of this happening to me. Erik replied:
"We have been in business for over ten years. Legal action has been made on many individuals whom are harboring these statements. Many are untrue, some are true - however these people refuse to acknowledge that we have attempted in many ways to resolve these issues. This includes sending refunds, credit and other products in exchange.
As you may or may not know, sometime we rely on third parties whom make the products. When these companies fail to produce product, we are left high and dry. Companies such as Scarefactory are one of these companies who did not deliver to any retailer this year including one of the nations biggest distributors, Morris Costumes."
Sounds like a "poor me" attitude. And taking legal action against a customer with legitimate complaint? Seems odd...

I got scammed majorly by this guy as well Erik Carlson, sent him almost 3 grand. Asked for a refund and told me that he was waiting for a response from his billing department, and never refunded the money. I work really hard for money, and this guy just came along and sucked my hard earned cash write out from under. Is there someting I can do to try and get this money back. Please any help will be greatly appreciated
Better Business Bureau doesn't really have any teeth anymore. There is the Rip Off report and forums on Ebay. Does he have a website or is he just squatting on Ebay like a toad?
