Many are untrue, some are true - however these people refuse to acknowledge that we have attempted in many ways to resolve these issues. This includes sending refunds, credit and other products in exchange.

As you may or may not know, sometime we rely on third parties whom make the products. When these companies fail to produce product, we are left high and dry. Companies such as Scarefactory are one of these companies who did not deliver to any retailer this year including one of the nations biggest distributors, Morris Costumes."

Sounds like a "poor me" attitude. And taking legal action against a customer with legitimate complaint? Seems odd...
Here, here... as a home improvement contractor, I am the one who's ultimately responsible for my subcontractors' quality. If they screw up, none of you would want to hear me pass it on to them. I'm the contractor, I have to make it right. Period.

This is just Erik blaiming others for his criminal behaviour. If his suppliers don't deliver, then he can still refund the money. Hell, by his own admission he is just reselling other companies product. It isn't as if he is out any money for labor and materials.
No company I have ever done business with has ever charged my credit card until product was shipped. Erik charges cards the day orders are placed and keeps the money no matter what. I don't know of any customers he has taken legal action against. I know of several people who have taken action against him.
He blatantly lied to me many times. He is simply a crook. He is not a legitamate business, just a con artist scamming money from good people in our industry.

aww man I sorry to here that this Guy has ripped you all off , not everyone that is selling things on the internet is like him. I always try and fill orders as fat as I can and always give good service . This guy should be sued he gives everyone a bad name.
maybe everyone that has been done wrong by him should get together and hire a lawyer and sue the crap out of him< I know as a group they would win hands down.

Being that I had an online store for 5 years, I am very suprised that he still has his credit card processing ability.

Both Visa & Master Card have VERY strict guidelines as to when a customer's credit card can be charged. It should not take many complaints to have his processor revoke his ability to take credit cards. The company I used would charge me $30.00 for every disputed charge even if I could prove the customer wrong. They would also track how many disputes and if it reached a certain number, would raise my processing fee.

Just curious, why haven't those of you who had trouble with things not being shipped (on time or not at all), not filed a dispute with your cc company and had them reversed? Even if it's "past" your time to dispute, you can still talk to them about the situation and how you keep getting the run-around from the business.

    Just my 2 cents

I did complain to my credit card as well as everyone else I could think of. Small claims is not worth while for me. He lives in another state and it would cost me more than the $500 he stole to sue him, not to mention the time I don't have to spare.
My money is gone for good. The authorities don't give a crap. All I can do now is try to keep other people from becoming victims via threads on the various forums.
