I placed an order a month ago for some body parts. Prices were better than some other sites-not worth it!!! Sent much cheaper torso than what I ordered and very unresponsive. Sent emails - no response. Called - left message - no response. Finally received an RMA sticker for torso-still don't know about the one I ordered. I can only hope others have not had this experience.

I think he's over whelemed right now, I recieved a damaged item & he immediately took care of it. I hope it works out for you!

I really didn't have any issues with hauntedprops.com. There was a little delay because of paint/supplier issues in China , but Joe was pretty good about sending messages out keeping me informed.

I agree, this guy has a good reputation but may be swamped. Most of these shops are one person or completely seasonal... do yourself a favor and order for next year as early as possible.

(learned my lesson in the past!)
