I ordered a costume from them on Monday 9/24 for my daughter. The status still says "pending". I emailed them yesterday to ask why it still had that status since their policy is to ship 24-48 hours after order. I still haven't heard from them. I am wondering if anyone else has experience with this company and if so, what was your experience? I am wondering if I should order it from somewhere else and cancel that order.
