Ordered a couple pair of fangs, got an email a few hours later that they were
shipped already. Three days later there they were. Great Service!!!!

I ordered some fangs and contact lenses from Vampfangs.com on Sept 30th. Almost 10 minutes later I received an email saying my products have been shipped. Here it is October 4th and the tracking info doesn't give any more information than the Postal Service was notified electronically to expect the package for shipping but it doesn't indicate that it has recieved the package. Been that way for 4 days now. lol Do I just be patient or do I start asking questions? My only thought is they need to check my contact lense prescription before they can ship, however why in the world would they send me an email saying it has been shipped before checking the prescription?

My shipment finally came. The problem was they had it shipped seperately (Fangs and Contacts) so it took a bit longer. Their customer service is superb however! I'll definitely be ordering from them next year.

So.. did you have to send them your prescription? I ordered some lenses a few days ago, they haven't come yet. It didn't say anything about a prescription , what shall i do? Ps- It says they have been shipped

I would just give it a few days. Did you order anything else besides the lenses? If you did, they may have shipped them separately. I ordered prescription lenses (because I am blind if I don't have my contacts in), so they needed to check the prescription before they could send me my lenses last year. They were shipped separately.

If you don't get them in a couple of days, give their customer service a call or email. They were pretty easy to work with last year.
