monster guts is a great company to do business with
i ordered a dayton gear motor from them and i recieved it very quickly
they packed very well and even put a bumper sticker in and a small
rubber snake would do business with them again

oh i have question about the motor do they normally get hot when they run?

I agree with you. I bought two wiper motor sets. I got a small rubber mouse. Better than a Cracker Jack Box. :-)

Not really hot,warm.. I have a dayton motor for my flying crank ghost and it runs 7 hours a night in oct.

it does not get warm it gets hot enough that u almost cant touch it
and it makes a kind of a quiet chattering noise should i be worried

mine chatters too. as far as hot, it might be just me. I work with hot objects all day, Im gonna run mine tomarrow just to make sure.(i'll let my wife touch it)I'll let ya know.

Just to add my two cents, I also had a great buying experience from Monster Guts. Definitely would recommend them.

I just ordered a motor all-in-one for my witch to get her to stir her cauldron, and Dean at Monster Guts was quick to answer all of my questions, and very nice.

I'll update when I get my motor, but I feel pretty good about this due to the positive reviews and the helpful emails so far.

Update - I got an email alerting me to my order shipping with the tracking number, so I was able to see when I'd get my package.

It got here today (barely 4 days after my order) and was packaged well, and included a small rubber lizard and a mini bumper sticker. My motor was easy as anything to hook up, and works very well. I'm already cruising their site to see what else I can use.

I would highly recommend Monster Guts! Great service and a good product - and the little bonus is just a cherry on top!

I too recommend Monster Guts. A couple months ago I bought a handful of LEDs from them and was very pleased with the price and the speed of shipping....and the cool sticker!
