Default Yes I paid $138 & some change for the deluxe....

Hello Jena,
Yes I paid $100 for a set of the deluxe tombstones, $12.00 for a graveyard plaque & $14.00 shipping. If you private message me your email I will personally send you a receipt. I paid through paypal using a credit card. I was hopeful since it say's on the website that all orders would be shipped that I would receive my tombstones today==no such luck. I am always hopeful I will search for that post about your demise. I believe it was monsterlist OR another forum. I will definitely let you know when I re-locate it. Another user posted his transcript with Rob & he said that life has been hard for him since his wife & partner passed away. I am glad you walk among the living. At least I hope you aren't communication from the "other side" I will keep you informed. Thanks

I see that the web site is shut down and that they are going to make good on the outstanding orders. Kudos to Jena for coming through on this! It really is a shame that the props are going away, though. I've wanted to order some of the deluxe headstones for years.

Default I haven't seen a refund yet; i'm hopeful......

I've tried for 3+ years to get a set of the deluxe tombstones. Unsuccessfully of course. I wished someone would really take the business over & do a good job with it because the products & prices are great but the customer service sux.

Default the Pennsylvania attorney generals office contacted me......

The Pennsyvlania attorney generals office contacted me via a letter. I will pursue this further if I don't receive a refund. Jena gave me her word. It's a shame Rob has pulled her into his mess & web of deceit.

I haven't heard anything either or received any of the items I ordered. Jena did delete an email I sent to her and to Rob without reading it. I can't say I blame her though...

I also haven't rec'd a refund as of today November 17th. I did receive a reply from the Pennsylvania attorney generals office & they want copies of my receipts. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to resort to that. It looks like Jena has dropped the ball. I was hoping she had integrity. Time will tell.

How do you know it was Jena? It could have been Rob posting here - wasting more time.

I got a letter from my credit card company Saturday, Dec 1st - they got the money back. This in no way reflects well on Halloweengroup. It's been six months - their site is down and probably just started up under a different name, ripping off more people.

Hog Hunter, I assure you it is Jena. I have been trying to get Rob to rectify everything. I had him shut down thehalloweengroup site and start processing refunds. I have been in contact with a few customers and am assisting them in getting a refund. I was on vacation from 11/21-12/3 and was not in contact with Rob during that time. Him and I actually separated on November 7th. Rob has locked me out of all the accounts and passwords. If I had access tot he paypal, I would personally refund the money to you if I could.

Also, Dawnyday, I do not recall getting an email from you and I apologize if I deleted it by mistake. Please feel free to resend it to me. I delete everything that goes to my SPAM folder.

There is only so much I can do from my standpoint, but I promise I will get everything resolved as fast as I can.

Believe me, I want this all cleaned up as soon as possible becasue it is affecting me unfairly. People have actually started calling my work number, which has nothing to do with Halloween or Rob or the Halloween Group. I haven't been involved witht he Halloween Group in years. As you can imagine, I am extremely unhappy with how this turned out and want to see it done so I can wash my hands of it.

There will be no other site under a different name, I have confiscated all of the remaining products and supplies, which is not much.

Default Jena was kind enough to send me a graveyard plaque a few weeks ago...

Thanks to Jena from thehalloweengroup.com she was kind enough to send me a very nice handpainted graveyard plaque. I still haven't received a refund from Robert Dovan- www.thehalloweengroup.com
