I got a letter from my credit card company Saturday, Dec 1st - they got the money back. This in no way reflects well on Halloweengroup. It's been six months - their site is down and probably just started up under a different name, ripping off more people.

Hog Hunter, I assure you it is Jena. I have been trying to get Rob to rectify everything. I had him shut down thehalloweengroup site and start processing refunds. I have been in contact with a few customers and am assisting them in getting a refund. I was on vacation from 11/21-12/3 and was not in contact with Rob during that time. Him and I actually separated on November 7th. Rob has locked me out of all the accounts and passwords. If I had access tot he paypal, I would personally refund the money to you if I could.
Also, Dawnyday, I do not recall getting an email from you and I apologize if I deleted it by mistake. Please feel free to resend it to me. I delete everything that goes to my SPAM folder.
There is only so much I can do from my standpoint, but I promise I will get everything resolved as fast as I can.
Believe me, I want this all cleaned up as soon as possible becasue it is affecting me unfairly. People have actually started calling my work number, which has nothing to do with Halloween or Rob or the Halloween Group. I haven't been involved witht he Halloween Group in years. As you can imagine, I am extremely unhappy with how this turned out and want to see it done so I can wash my hands of it.
There will be no other site under a different name, I have confiscated all of the remaining products and supplies, which is not much.
