just wanted to let you all know. My original order was dated 9/22/07.
sent a few emails asking for status. after hearing nothing and reading the messages on this forum, i got quite angry. I esclated my complaint to 'claim' status with Pay Pal, told them that I would help with another 'customer' that was going to the PA Attorney General. To make a long story short, I just got word back from Pay Pal that i have been refunded. They must carry some clout.

I'm glad I found this thread because I was going to purchase from them.

There is good news now, maybe. Their order processing has been shut down by the company they used. So they shouldn't be able to scam anyone else.

I screwed up & believed Robert's lies that I would actually receive my order in August (order placed May 4th) Now it is too late to take action through paypal. I did file that complaint with the Pennsyvlania attorney general. Anybody else who has been scammed I would also encourage you to file as well. Maybe it will put him out of business for good. I always try to believe that there is good & honesty in people but there are definitely predators out there. It will not happen again, I've tried to get an order from them in the past.

I believe what wilbret said, I think they are probably getting OR trying to get there products from Chinese drop-shippers who aren't filling the orders. I think Robert Dovan may paint these himself but the product ultimately comes from overseas OR maybe it doesn't ever arrive I can't be certain but you'd think he'd try to explain himself~honestly.

so it looks as if he is coming through with the order, I surly hope everyone get what they've ordered from him.

got my order, all is good, exactly what I ordered and in prefect condition.

I am currently going through the same crap as all of you with this company. I recieved one email response from Rob, and only after threat of reporting him to the AG and filing a claim with Paypal.

Well, he promised me a refund, which should have been instantanious with paypal, and I have not recieved it two days later. I have filed a claim and will be reporting to the AG.

WILL NOT EVER TRY TO GO THRU THEM AGAIN!

I also wished I would have found this thread before I sent them 116.48! I ordered on 09/11/07 and like most people, have received one email telling me when they were going to ship. They never shipped and haven't answered any other emails. All phone numbers that I try are disconnected or go to the conference number. I told them they had until Monday to answer or I was going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Thanks to this thread, I will also file a complaint with the PA AG office.

maybe someone could post the PA AG contact info here, that way anyone with problem could report it.
