Darn them, They have posted that order's were gonna ship. I do think that maybe there stuff comes from China & they are dropshippers like Wilbret said because I saw a seller on eBay who has the exact same graveyard plaques as they sell which look similar to there tombstones. I wished I could buy those stupid tombstones elsewhere. I'm trying to be optimistic. Wish me luck! Thanks

Have you tried calling them on the phone? I had to bug the hell outta them before I got my order. They never answer emails

I still haven't rec'd my order that was placed on May 4th supposedly it was the 1st order for them. Beware of these scammers. I wished they refund my $130 so that I could spend it elsewhere.

I looked on their site and couldn't see a phone number. Found this in Whois, though: 1-215-499-6006. I had the same problem a couple of years ago with these clowns. Never again.

You are right Otaku, the ba*$#@ds did remove their phone number.

However I found this at the very bottom of their links page:

I will never order from these clowns again, worst people I have ever dealt with online. So sorry you are going through this ppolax. Why not give them a jingle.....

Ironmaiden, I tried the number you posted - it's some phone conferencing service and has nothing to do with THG. I think the number I found is actually the home number of Rob (one of the owners). These jerks really don't want anyone to be able call them directly.

I had a similar issue with a vendor here in CA. I finally emailed the CA State Attorney General's office and outlined my complaint. I had complete satisfaction inside of 3 weeks. Once the AG's office lands on them, they must respond or be liable for criminal or civil charges. I would definitely try this avenue - in my instance, I got my order fulfilled, and the bogus charges reversed.

I could swear that was the number I called when I placed both my orders however that was several years ago. I sent an email to ppolax with that number. However maybe you should send her an email with the number you found. She doesnt visit the forum that much.

You know earlier this year they announced on their webpage that they were closing up shop. Then suddenly in March they were back, "under new ownership". Yeah, new owners my butt.

Rob was the owner back then, oh he's the owner now! I think it was Rob, Jenna and Scott. When I ordered my tombstones in 2004 they were slow but they did deliver within 3 months. In 2005 I ordered fencing in may or April and they were slower than with the tombstones, kept coming up with excuses but I did get the fencing in August so that I had time to put it all together and paint the sections. I was going to order a few more things but they never emailed me with the shipping info I requested.

I sure hope ppolax gets her order.
