FC is the Sears-Roebuck Wish Book of Halloween for me. I love to look at it, but I don't order that often. If they had a store near me, I'd be in trouble. I've got several items on my wishlist, but so many have been backordered for a while...
Most of their stuff is perhaps slightly overpriced versus comparison, but they make up for it in selection, allowing you to order from one source to save on shipping.
Coupons can be found, especially if you sign up for their email blasts. Usually for a discount, sometimes free shipping.
Customer service is friendly and responsive, but I often wonder if they are understaffed? Seems better to call than email for a response. I had a costume go on backorder without notification once, and that's the only problem I ever had.
Mark seems to patrol these boards frequently and resolves any issues presented.
I love em, hope they introduce some cool new stuff this year!

FrightCatalog, one of the postal deliveries that is looked forward to each year. Other catalogs we get, just get skimmed through, FC gets read, re-read, drooled on, brought to work for reading material. Even my 6 year old HAS to look through it.

Great items, great selection, incredible customer service, consistently high prices even though they have a price guarantee. From a convenience perspective, they can't be beat, from a price perspective they can be decimated.

I agree. I look forward to my FC every year. I was thrown off guard this year with the new shape of the catalog though. Almost missed it! YIKES!!! hehehehe.

I just got my catalog today - this is the first year I've gotten one. I've already looked through it cover to cover about 5 times. Everything looks so awesome. Now I will start my wish list...

I have never paid for their catalog, or ANY catalog. Just ask for one.
Requiring payment for a retail catalog would be sales suicide. (they can ask for it, obviously)

I have gotten a catalog the past 2 years but not this year. I sent a PM to Mark a few weeks ago and he said they shipped already. Well that was almost 3 weeks ago and I still don't have one.
They have discount codes and coupons? When?????
I want the peeper creepers but am running out of time to order."Scare me once, shame on you. Scare me twice ... you'd better run like hell."

Keep looking for your catalogue, they are all out, mine was delayed by my wife, who hid it from me for several weeks and claims it was unintentional, lol
