Just in case a newbie never heard of them....

I have ordered from OT dozens of times, and since the wife is a teacher, they are a fixture here.

Coupons are easy to find, so make sure you look first. Free shipping and discounts are pretty much always out there.

Some stuff is overpriced. It's all Chinese imported junk. But, it's still a fun place to shop.

I have had a couple items arrive missing parts or just plain damaged. I called them, got a quick answer and they simply sent out replacements.

I'll second that. They are great for little things. Think plastic spiders, spider rings, GID fangs, etc. They also have a sale section so it's always worthwhile to pop in periodically.

I've actually bought many things from them.

If I remember correctly...

1. Mini Police lights
2. Nun costume

Excellent service, indeed.

The shipping & handling is rather high, but that's what I get for living in Hawaii

I was totally thrilled when I noticed that they deal with Border Free - makes ordering from the States a lot easier for us Canucks. (They'll let you know what the total cost is - including freight and duty- and there are no hidden brokerage fees when the stuff gets to your door.)
I'll definitely order from them again!

When we use to actually have trick or treaters in our neighborhood, we always bought our candy and little fun trinkets from Oriental Trading. You can definitely save some serious money on their candy sales, especially if you need to buy a large quantity. If you head to their website, you can sign up for emails pertaining to discounts and sales as well.

Question for the other Canucks - how's their shipping time? They've got lots of great little trinkets that I could use this season...
