Thread: Spirits shipping time

Hey hows it going, just wondering, has anyone ever had Spirit Halloween take a while to ship your item out ? I placed an order early monday for a in stock item, and here its Thursday and my item has not shipped yet, I called customer service they said it should of, and they will get right back to me, well almost 4 hours now and no reply. I have bought from them for years and they shipped to me fast, and now not being Halloween season, I would of thought they would for sure. Their site even says most orders ship the same day if placed by noon est. Just kinda dissapointed as I bought this prop for a gift for someone,and now im guessing I wont have it in time, so my question whats the longest it took spirit to get your item shipped.

you know what, maybe I shouldnt of posted this here. ^^ I just read now where it says only post negative reviews, mine is more of a question, So I apolgize, feel free to remove the post. I should of read before posting.
