I thought Halloween was going to be ruined when I spent an hour getting the FCG up in the tree in just the perfect spot, plugged it in and NOTHING. The motor was deader than a church mouse stepped on by a hoard of roaming zombies. Monsterguts.com took only 3 days to get the replacement motor to me. I've bought from them before and I recently bought again (a FCG motor) and Dean was extremely helpful in answering some questions for me. Prices are pretty reasonable and shipping was relatively quick. Only downside was that I never got a tracking number for my orders. As a matter of fact, my order still shows up as "pending" on the site, but that may be as a result of a site redesign that's going on right now. So I can't really hold that against them.

All in all a great shopping and customer service experience.

Very cool site and super helpful! Got a lot of prop making supplies from these guys and I would definitely buy from them again. Very reasonable prices and very will ing to educate me on questions I had. A plus experience!
