The customer service at Creative Lightings is outstanding! I highly recommend doing business with them.

I recently purchased one (expensive) LED floodlight to see if it would be suitable for a project.
It was, so I ordered several more.
I received a call from Creative Lightings the next day. They said that there was a problem with their online inventory and the lights I had ordered were not in stock. We decided on a more expensive light to try as a replacement. I asked about the price difference and was told, "The problem was ours, I can't charge you to fix it."
I was impressed and thanked them for the good service.

Well, the lights weren't right for my project, due to a specification that I failed to mention earlier.
I called them and explained the problem, asking for a merchandise return form. We talked it over and found a light that will work, but they cost over 60% more each! They again sent me more expensive replacement lights as well as a paid return label!
The total cost difference was into the hundreds! I didn't have to cover return shipping, and upon opening the crazy expensive lights, I found that they even pre-wired 2/3 of them for me!

The short version of my story: They made a small mistake and made good and then some!

I have told them that I really appreciate their great customer service, and not only will be a return customer, but I will tell everybody about them!

Very cool... I just found colored florescent tube covers for pretty cheap on their website, so I may be getting a couple of those for my spooky kitchen... thanks!
