Thread: Dr.Frankenscents Halloween Emporium

So I placed an order for 5 samples with them on July 17th. I was told it could take 1 to 2 weeks before I got them. Well, It's been well over a month and they stopped replying to my e-mails weeks ago. I know the person who runs the site/store is a member here so maybe they will still do something about it. I will let everyone know how this turns out.

I made an order on July 1st and haven't received mine either.

The member has been banned from the forum so you will have to do all communications via his email. Which is is also not doing as promised. No replies from anyone. I didnt do the math but if your still within the 45 days I would open a paypal case for a refund.

I ordered scent samples back in June. I never received the shipment that he says he sent twice, I did however get my refund.

I'm in the same sample pack never shipped boat.

I tried to open up a case with paypal but it was closed becuase I waited too long to do it. Oh well, it was only a little over $6. I tell you what though. He doesn't live that far from me so he's lucky that gas is so high and I drive a jeep or I would pay him a visit. On a better note, I just recieved some candles that I ordered from darkcandles.com and they are great!

I bet you could find a couple dozen members in the group buy section that would be more than happy to help fund a field trip out to Eyegores house.

I just filed a claim with pay pal - will let you know if I ever get my $53.00 back. Let me know when the field trip is.

I too am the non-recipient of my order from early July and was outside my PayPal 45 day window. So, I filed a chargeback through my credit card company since they have a much longer time limit for charge disputes. If you paid from your checking/savings account, you are pretty much out lof luck, but fortunately, credit card rules are different.

Is this store still not fulfilling received orders? He offers a lot of good products. It would be a shame if his business is not running smoothly.
