Wish I saw this thread before I placed an order. Worse, I used the Guest checkout so I can't lookup any record of my order.

I too wish that I would have seen this thread before I placed my order of sample scents back on June 17th. I too was told that they had been sent twice. I did asked for a refund on Sept. 20th, but as of now I haven't heard a thing from him even though in his e-mail response to me dated July 15th when I asked him about the delay, he said that "I will be more than happy to issue you a refund." I guess that I should be glad that I didn't spend more than $7.

If you paid by PayPal or credit card, you can have them go after the merchant, but the PayPal case has to be opened immediately.
I placed an order with Froggy's Fog for fog scent additives in late September and received my order the next week. They have excellent customer service and are expanding their scent products. From now on, I will always use Froggy's Fog first.

And this was just posted on Facebook by Froggy's Fog:
"Hey all! I has come to our attention that a different scent vendor, not sure which one, is not filling his/her orders. It is my understanding that that vendor has been kicked off Halloween Forum... For those of you who are now left out because of them, Please know that WE CAN STILL GET ALL SCENT ORDERS OUT IN PLENTY OF TIME! Please call us and I'll give you a discount on your scents to help get you back on you feet. FROGGY'S TO THE RESCUE!"

Another unhappy customer here. Ordered and paid for (via PayPal) a custom fog scent on July 27th and was told it would take a couple of weeks for the components to arrive. No reply to emails sent via my account and the web site starting September 27th. Happy to forward all my correspondence to anyone interested.
I'm too far for the field trip but would be happy to kick in some gas money.

Same problem here, but the folks over at Froggys were more than willing to make it happen for me. I can assure everyone that from now on I will be ordering from them exclusively.
