All I have to say right off the (vampire) bat is Dean of Monster guts is great & very cool to deal with as far as "service after sales" goes ! I had ordered 2 of the Nerve Centers couple months ago when he had his awesome $49.00 sale on them. Hadn't had the time to play with them, but few weeks ago I pulled them out to start programming them, as some may or may not know a small batch seemed to have had a crossed wiring with relay & programming keys.

I had emailed him about the problem & he said no prob, send them back & he'll check hem out. He offered to arrange to have picked up thru FedEx, ( which I offered to dropped it off to Fedex as they are very close to me, gave me his acc # so I didn't have put out any $$, or would refund any $$ if I shipped out of my pocket ). The whole return process was very simple & easy.

He has always returned emails within a few hours instead of days or weeks, always apologetic to my inconvenience of having problems with the Nerve Centers , return shipping & waiting for repairs & return.

He just shipped them out Wed or Thurs & should be here Sat ! Even though I haven't received them yet, I know that he has taken care of any all problems with them.

Dean has been awesome & has been good for his word, the whole process has been smooth - too me is rare these days !! Monster Guts gets 2 Bucky thumbs up & a 3 axis skull double nod !!
