The seller is selling damaged goods, is very rude and not taking accountability for the crap they are selling.

I purchased a latex prosthetic zombie mask, the item looked nothing like the picture. It came in opened up packaging making the mask turn hard. I sent them a message about the problem. but was treated like a moron and not taking accountability of the item they sold me. The worst ebay seller I have ever dealt with.

EBAY SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THIS HALLOWEEN SELLER!

Did you file a complain with eBay? If you do, you more than likely will get your money back.

Also, I am familiar with the prosthetic you bought. Unfortunately what you see is not necessarily what you get when they use stock images. I always ask for pictures of the actual item when buying on eBay.

i have dealt with numerous people like that and it really pisses you off sometimes. I would file a complaint ebay is very good at handleing them.

i think blood knows what is not true here.

Be sure and give them negative feedback if you can't resolve.If you used paypal file a dispute.

also if a seller has negative feed back they don't get my buisness.It looks like they have had 2 in a month.

I filed a complaint with the ebay buyer protection. Told them what happened, I also left them a negative feedback.

They sent me this in the resolution process, this is from the seller:

A seller requests that you revise the original Feedback you left.

Aye they are pretty corrupt if you look at some of their positives it looks like they did the same thing to other buyers, change your feedback to recieve a refund.
