You've got a great start using the metal framing. It sounds like it in itself will be very sturdy. Because of that, I'd use the lightest wall material...either foam or even pegboard. I've used 4x8 sheets of insulation foam (pink stuff) against my PVC pipe frames inside my garage for years. Much easier by yourself to do the build out. Also, zip-ties are your absolute best friends. It's so easy to put up a wall like this by just punching holes through it and attaching to your frame. When...

Tone it down, but remember not to piss off the ToT's. They are a mean bunch and need their just rewards. Oh and don't get this guy mad at you either...

You made me go and count. :) I have 7. Once you project, you can't go back. I use creepy crawlies on the driveway, singing pumpkins, projections in the garage haunt, on the door, on windows, on the side of neighbor's house. You name it... Just about everywhere. Fun stuff.

Since the claws are probably pretty long and heavy, you need structure to hold them up. I would try doing something with gloves. There are some latex dipped gloves I've seen at Home Depot and Lowes that are thick and cheap. Cut off the fingers (not yours), and feed the claws through a tiny hole in the end. That should hold them well. Keeping them on your fingers will probably be easier...and if need be, some spirit gum, etc. could help.

FYI.. on Sellout Woot, there are some AAXA Pico projectors. I bought the AAXA Technologies P2 Jr. a few minutes ago. I'll post a review here after I get it. Anyway, If you look up to the beginning of this thread you'll see the 3M Pico that's shown has around 32 Lumen and does a pretty good job with color depth and clarity. The AAXA, a newer projector has 55 Lumen. Plus it has a built in media player which will save you from purchasing one of the external media players which I think I...

I Really want to expand my haunt and make it a charity event. and have it the saturday before halloween as well as halloween. so what I'm asking is, what are the best ways to get people to show up? I'm worried i will build it and none will come. Would it be okay to ask for a food shelf donation (not necessary but suggested)? Thanks!
