Was there a trick to the foam? I am not sure how you managed to keep the molds in one piece as the foam expanded? I would think they would be ripped apart?

Oh no it's not hard at all....just make sure that if you do use the flex wax to coat your hands or feet or whatever body part will be using in petroleum jelly as it makes the wax easier to remove. Also I just bought a foot spa thingy from goodwill to melt the wax in. It takes a little longer than a crock pot but doesn't get so hot that it really burns the skin.
