The base is a foam skull. I have hand painted him black. The eye sockets are neon green and his nose area is neon orange. Skully's teeth and teeth area are white. I added liquid latex stuff to give the skull texture and made a chin for Skully. I call him Skully, but you can name him whatever you wish :) I was told it would look great under a black light :D.
