No, I'm just going to put it on a plate and hope the scent waifs through. It's really strong and since the garage haunt is so small, it should (hopefully) be enough.
Are you using a fan yourself? I was thinking about the "scent dispenser" until I saw the $70 price tag.
Oh..another thing: You can hang the packet in front of a small fan and that should help disperse the scent.
