Nope, that's my tried and true (Dremel). I did though just cut some foam with a good box cutter and that worked out really well. The knife on mine happens to stick out about 1/2" so it's like a router in intself if you make enough cuts. You can pop it off just as if you Dremeled it.
Terra, Have you come across any other methods for channeling out the pink foam board for the tombstone PVC anchor sections? I must have lent my router to a freind and now it's MIA. I've been using a dremel, but.... I'm a bit of a perfectionist and this is proving to be tedious at best. Thanks Ted
