It is called a flasher disk and you can get at small hardware stores it is made by cooper! by the way this only works well on a magnetic ballast and not on electronic ones unless you want each bulb to go out both at the same time. the erratic bulbs in mine is because i used the magnetic one they are easy to find they are stoplights and they only run 4 foot T12 bulbs (do not try T8 bulbs)!
