Do the same procedure for her right arm and torso.
For the torso, I measured the inside diameter of the dress at the shoulder, waist and hips and matched that to the chicken wire. Basically I took the widest measurement (hips) knocked off about an inch and then formed a round cylinder, Then I took a rope and cinched in the waist, then adjusted the chest/shoulder as needed.
In the last picture, you can see her taking shape. I didn't tie her arms to the torso because the dress will hold them in place and you need the flexibility.
