Check this Monsterpage out, it has alkinds of projects. Try to find Scary Terry's projects.He has a bunch on there. He has an article on there about windshield motors, and how to hook them up. ( Don't ) hook a cord to it and plug it in. A windshield motor is usually only 6 or 12 Volts , not 120 volts. So go to this link fist before you do anything.
