I made the spider web from fishing line and hot glue. I doubled the line then put a wire thru the ends and attached it to the PVC. During Halloween, I'll remove the wires; attach the web onto a tree, probably using more fishing line. lol

You say you just moved into a new area about two and a half months ago. Where are you located? I'd like to know if there's a new haunter in the area!

Yeah liquid latex and a foamy wrap used for athletic "under-wrap" or called "pre-wrap". Not sure about that my boy had some from his basketball gym for taping.

My bats is from Oriental Trading Company now sold as "flying bat". I took them and modified their construction.

You'll have to wait until Michaels starts stocking the birds and eyeballs if you want to make it exactly the same, but they usually start getting their birds in July, and hopefully will get more of those foam eyeball in by the time they start setting up for Halloween. You could always get the foam balls and make eyes out of those if necessary (Terra has a eye template with the colored irises in her photo albums). Oh - and check out Dollar Trees closer to Halloween as they carry small black birds that are $1 but not as pretty as the big ravens from Michaels but more economical if you're trying to do a large flock.
