I will have to wait till the monsters go back to school before I venture in Michaels but just the thought of all that Halloween goodies being put out on the shelves gives my little black heart a thrill!
I will love anything you have made/bought me. I'm not that picky.
Love homemade, thrift store finds, and store bought.
some cutesy is ok, I have young kids.
Yard haunt theme: cemetery & ghosts
I plan on turning the front of the house into a "monster house" face
I plan to do a "witches' kitchen" in my kitchen

I know shipping can be rough! I try to keep my gifts small and compact but sometimes I let myself get carried away... but I also enjoy spoiling my victim as much as I can! I hope everyone take pictures of both what they make and what they receive. I know we all love pictures!
need to start working on my likes/dislikes list
need to cleanup my Pinterest for my new Reaper...
maybe bump into some new ideas my Victim might enjoy...
...ya that's it a good excuse for wasting more time on Pinterest! lol
I'm with goddess, big secret reaper signups kick off my season. I start looking up ideas for my like/dislike list and going through my Halloween boxes looking for stuff I can use either as is or repurpose for my victim. But I don't start decorating till Sept 1st. The Husband thinks I'm nuts for starting that early. But he's a Holiday Grinch for every holiday so I'm used to it.
Can't wait!!! Secret Reaper kicks off the Halloween season for me! Gets me even more excited about Halloween and pushes me to learn/create new props I would never of thought of if it wasn't for my victim! A big THANK YOU to Bethene and Saki_girl for organizing them!
thanks everyone! I was privileged enough to know about the event about a year in advance and got the chance to go because my Mom and my Aunt are in the Historical Society and in a few of the above pictures in dress! Being a HF member, the event tickled my black little heart!
Honoring the 150th anniversary of the Civil War, Jackson County Ohio did "The Last Measure" a mock funeral where they actually buried a time capsule. These are some pictures I took and some that was posted on the local newspaper online.
