Windows is not seeing any enabled COM (serial) ports so VSA is not reporting any either.
You need to enable at least one serial port (COM1 or COM2) in your BIOS setup (Hit the setup key when your machine boots up to get to your configuration menus) . You have to do this before Windows loads. Reboot and Windows will then see the port and make it available to VSA.
