yes most of them are animated, the mummy, the witch, the standing vampie, also the vampire head in the coffin talks as well. Th gould playing the organ shakes while he talks, and the corpse head hanging in the buthcer shops also talks. My uncle tried to fix the frankenstein I guess he use to work but no longer does. I also bought the female countess from Spirit for 50percent off after halloween for next year. I usually buy at least 1 animated prop per year to add to my collection.
