These would fit the bill. They'll be in a low light setting amongst (hopefully) many other skulls. What are you looking to get for them?

Looking to buy skull and/or bat props you might want to part with. We need a bunch for this year's theme. specifically looking for the brown hanging bats sold by Spirit and Big Lots (a few years ago) I only ask that they be in decent shape with no holes, tears, etc.. Bat pictured here . As far as skulls, anything that looks fairly realistic, plastic or foam, full or half. Like the ones carried by Michaels each year. Will consider other bat props if they look decent, jut don't want...

This shop has a collection of Disney inspired scents, and one of them is based off the Haunted Mansion. The description I found mentioned the scents of graveyard grass & musty carpets. The site is currently down due to an overwhelming amount of publicity right now, but they promise to be back. https://www.etsy.com/shop/AnthologyCandles

I know the powerball is over, but I'll take a shot at this. My money winning plans always involve putting the money into savings for a year, then using the interest for things starting the next year. So, after that, taking care of necessaries & friends/family: - Get some land for a small farm. Not just for Halloween. It's a life goal! Anyway, it would be more of a destination than a commercial farm, also a hobby thing to grow food for us & friends. - Build the place up. We've been...

Regarding the tall buildings, I was taught people tried not to look like they noticed the buildings in NYC because it makes you look like a tourist & an easy target.

I don't have have these kinds of nightmares, but they sound very similar to dreams of other artists I know (such as being at a convention or other event and realizing they've made nothing to sell), and also the classic being at a test you haven't studied for. I think it's the brain trying to imagine what the worst could be so you know what to expect.

Some people just aren't into the decorating...It could be that you do too much and they feel they can't keep up....It could be financial, it could be they don't plan on being around on Halloween...or they're doing a Trunk or Treat somewhere....I'm sure there are lots of reasons that make sense to them. Trying to make rhyme or reason of what other people do will drive you nuts, so I just focus on my own haunt and if someone does something, I venture over and compliment them on their setup.

does the 3axis skull kit come ready to plug in or is there a need for soldering and assembly and the search for parts required. My Casa Fear zombie runs on an EFX TEK controller. It was programmed at a Group Gathering so I have no knowledge of programming it....but it has been reliable

I've decided not to pressure myself to learn enough about 3D modeling to make all the monstrous plant experimentsI want to have. So instead I'll be crafting those with other methods - like painting cut-outs, and using some of the puppet making skills we've already got. This way I can take my time learning to do good models, rather than freaking out. Microscope - I'm keeping an eye out for a cheap one, because I want an actual one as a prop. But I have found some interesting inexpensive DIY...

$2 for even a not very elaborate haunt is still pretty cheap. i can't imagine driving a long way to go to a haunted house & pretending I wouldn't go in without a discount. Very silly.

If you are doing daytime haunting...maybe distress. However that would be really low on the priority list. But for nighttime, I think lighting would be a better investment and higher on the priority list

I agree with the $6.9 billion, but that still puts Halloween behind Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Father's Day and even the Super Bowl as far as spending goes. On the flip side, it probably doesn't include all the money spent at Home Depot and Lowes on wood and hardware and foam.

It's people like me that ruin Halloween...we build props...don't recall anyone doing that in my youth. We give out full size candy bars....not double bubble or dum dums or tootsie rolls. We go big...no card board pictures or a single jack on the porch. We set the bar high and other's just don't want to compete or worse, their houses get passed as the ToTs head to my house.

Hi...Glad you liked my little wall. There's no tutorial but there are some pictures in my props and mask album. Basically I adhered the blucky parts and additional items with some foam/plastic adhesive to some styrofoam (plywood would work too. I then filled gaps the with great stuff and spray painted when the foam was dry. The back and sides are painted with latex because I didn't have enough parts to finish. Since it's at the entrance to my underworld I've toyed with the idea of painting an image of a demon hand coming out from below.

I've read about your pneumatics..but I wasn't able to find any images or video whern I checked your 2012 album. I am really considering doing the Casafear groundbreaker this year. I have a picoboo and compressor, so I've only got a few items left to go. Did you use 2" or 3" stroke cylinders? What bore size?

No, I didn't think I could do a better job then Tara. It's basicly the same thing as her hell hound just a diffrent shape.

    Again, sorry for the delay.
